iPad Air 3 and iPhone 5se release may happen soon

For the last few years Apple has launched its newest flagship smartphone around the month of September where once it was always seen at the annual WWDC event in June. The company has had a history of holding other events during the year for other products and a report now is suggesting that the iPad Air 3 and iPhone 5se release may happen soon.

There is talk that Apple will be staging an event on March 15th to showcase the iPad Air 3 along with a smaller iPhone 5se as well as some new Apple Watch band options. Apple has been rumoured to be bringing out a new smaller iPhone for a while now and it is being claimed the iPhone 5se will replace the iPhone 5s.

The iPad Air hasn’t seen an update since the current model arrived back in October 2014 with the new model rumoured to have some of the same features as the iPad Pro such as the Smart Connector, and also feature a rear flash.

While the iPhone 5se is claimed to be powered by the new A9 chipset and have improved cameras as well as support for Apple Pay. Meanwhile the company isn’t expected to bring out a new Apple Watch until the fall alongside the iPhone 7 so in the meantime will offer new band options for the current model.

The report also states the date could change or the company could just release the products onto its online store without any fanfare.

Do you think we will see some new Apple hardware next month?
