New Motorola flip phone could be in pipeline

While modern smartphones have gained larger screens a few years ago many users owned clamshell handsets with the Motorola Razr v3 being a hugely popular device at the time. Now it seems a new Motorola flip phone could be in the pipeline following a video teaser by the company.

Below this article we have embedded a YouTube video that Motorola has posted teasing a possible return of a flip phone along with the statement “Flip back to the Razr days of yesteryear and get ready for the future”.

The video features teenagers using a Motorola Razr v3 taking selfies with a date of June 9th revealed at the end.

This is the date of the Lenovo Tech World conference who took over Motorola back in 2014 so we should see what they have in store then as the event will be streamed live via its YouTube channel.
