Samsung Galaxy S9 design has the wow factor
This year’s first flagship smartphone offering from Samsung is already being used by many across the world with thoughts turning to the next Note Phablet release later this year, but before then we have a Samsung Galaxy S9 design that has the wow factor.
The image and video that you can see on this page is a concept design for next year’s Samsung Galaxy S9 courtesy of Techconfigurations, and as you can see the handsets display has a pretty awesome design that features a 95% screen to body ratio.
This compares to the Galaxy S8 that has a 84.26% screen to body ratio that led Samsung to do away with physical buttons on the front meaning the fingerprint scanner was moved to the rear of the device.
Other features of this Galaxy S9 concept include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor coupled with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM. The display itself is a 5.8-inch 4K Super AMOLED Infinity display that also has the same aspect ratio as the S8 at 18:5:9.
Around the back is a dual camera setup both with 12-megapixel sensors with an 8-megapixel shooter mounted on the front. This design has ditched the rear fingerprint scanner and instead embedded it in the display, which is rumoured to be coming to the iPhone 8.
Of course this is only a concept design and it remains to be seen what Samsung has up its sleeve for next year.
