Turn your iPhone 7 into an Android device with case
Since smartphones have become larger and made with a lot of glass that can easily break if dropped, a lot of owners use some sort of case to add a little protection. Now users can turn their iPhone 7 into an Android device with a case.
This clever idea called the Eye and is currently a Kickstarter project that will bring Android Nougat to your iPhone 7 while protecting the handset from life’s daily bumps. The case features a fully fledged 5-inch smartphone running the latest version of the Android operating system.
It has a 1080p display while supporting Qi wireless charging and a 3.5mm headphone jack, and you can take selfies via the rear facing camera just by mirroring the camera preview screen. The wireless charging works for both sides of the case so it will charge your iPhone 7 as well and there is also NFC support.
Powering the device is a 2800 mAh battery, and other features include a microSD card slot, dual-SIM support, infrared, and a metal tag for mounting in your car. Of course as this is a Kickstarter project and is requesting pledges, and at the time of writing it has passed its goal of $95,000 standing at $113,244.
